After a record-breaking festival and publicity campaign in 2023, Ogilvy PR was briefed for a third consecutive year to take a strategic and considered approach to Vivid Sydney in 2024 – focused on the festival beyond the ‘big’ moments. 

Our focus was to land the right stories where they mattered most with a detailed and highly considered media strategy across the Light, Ideas, Music and Food pillars to sustain coverage in the lead up to and throughout Vivid Sydney 2024.

 
 
 
 
 

We were able to secure a significant increase on the 2023 results, generating almost 14,000 pieces of coverage and contributing to the biggest opening night ever.
